60k is proud to announce that it has been once again shortlisted for one of the most prestigious awards in the industry – the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards. The shortlist has been drawn by a panel of expert judges who recognise the best and the brightest among a large number of outsourcing companies for 2017.


We are delighted to have been chosen to compete in three of the four categories that we have applied for: “Best customer service team of the year” with our project for Zumba® Fitness, “Employer of the Year – Great Place to Work” and “Large contact center of the year”. 60k has previously won silver prize at the ECCCSAs in 2015 for “Employer of the year” and a gold in 2013 for “European outsourcer of the year”. We hope that our excellent results and work ethics will be recognised this year as well in any of the shortlisted categories.


The ECCCSAs are the largest and longest running awards in the customer contact industry. They are extremely valued not only for their handpicked expert judges panel but for their high level requirements and precise evaluation of the shortlisted and winning organisations. They examine each and every candidate according to three main aspects – the quality of the teams, the execution of the projects and the operational process within a company.


The winners of this year’s awards will be announced 28th November in London, UK at ECCCSA’s annual awards ceremony.
